Refund policy

At  Noa, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, all sales are generally considered final.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with your request, please provide:

       Your order number

       Photographs of the product

       Photographs of the packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Lost Packages

 Noa is not responsible for delays or lost packages after they have been handed over to the courier. However, we will assist you in tracking your shipment whenever possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original method agreed upon between  Noa and the customer.
